The Restaurant for our guests – the Sonnenstube

In the Sonnenstube you will enjoy the beginning and the crowning ending of your holidays in Saalbach Hinterglemm – of course non smoking. Your table has already been reserved, take your seat.

In the morning you can serve yourself whatever you fancy from the “Salzburg bio-breakfast”. All titbits, with the exception of Nutella, diet jams, rolls and the South-Tyrolean Bauer speck come from the production of regionally controlled bio-farmers. Eggs, milk, ham, bacon, sausages, butter, coffee, brown bread, wholemeal bread, honey, jams, muesli, cornflakes, dried fruits, teas and many other high quality titbits  are on offer at the breakfast buffet until 10 a.m. in summer months and 11 a.m. in winter.

Also in the evenings you take dinner in the atmospheric ambience of the Sonnenstube. Every day the gourmet and Vitality menus offer you a delicious choice. During the summer drinks are included. You can pick and choose salads and desserts from the buffets that enrich the Hotel’s Gourmet-evening in Saalbach Hinterglemm.  Highlights such as Fondue evenings, gala diners, country buffets, barbecues (if weather permits), Italian evenings and fish buffets guarantee a tasty variety.
