Sun Oasis and Sun House in Saalbach

The indoor swimming pool (9m x 4m) is popular for both young in old in the summer as well as in the winter . Splashing and swimming in pleasant water temperatures loosens up any strain. Of course, there are plenty of lounge chairs in the pool area for you.

The right place for relaxation. In this sanctuary of peace you will
enjoy marvelous hours just listening to the crackling fire and enjoying the
comfortable waterbeds. For all those who want to stay connected and
informed, even while relaxing, two free of charge iPads are waiting for you.

In the Sun Oasis you will find an infrared cubicle
with direct radiators. In the Sonnenhaus we offer the more modern form with
integrated infrared mats. This soft form of sauna visit warms up your body
with infrared rays that penetrate to the lower muscle layers. You will also
start sweating at lower temperatures. The Infrared Cubicle is particularly
right for those who do not like the heat of the classical Sauna.

The Brine Grotto is situated in our family area - the 'Sun Oasis' and
the Brine steam grotto in our Sun House 'Sonnenhaus'. Already for thousands
of years fragrances have been used to easing discomfort. In the Brine Grotto
of the Wellness hotel in Saalbach special ethereal oils have relaxing,
revitalizing and cramp-easing effects.

Our new Finnish Loft Sauna is situated in the Sonnenhaus with a
marvelous view of the Sonne garden. Once per week you will sweat with our
special Swiss Pine splashing hot water on the stones. The high temperatures
of the Sauna mean pure wellbeing. After a day on the slopes, you will
restore spent energies in our Wellness hotel in Saalbach and pamper your
body. The many positive effects of a sauna visit with alternating heat and
cooling down are well-known.

Enjoy our new Colored Light Sauna in the
Sonnenhaus. Lower temperatures and humidity are the main differences between
a sauna and Sanarium. Here you can enjoy the heat longer, taking care of
your heart and blood circulation. The colored light therapy also contributes
to your wellbeing.

There is also our fitness studio at the new sun house. All the Technogy Cardio equipment can be used freely every day. During a work out with view to the sun garden, the pounds will tumble much faster.

Directly from the Sonnenhouse and the pool you can reach the nice
garden of the Wellness hotel in Saalbach. This is the ideal place for
enjoying the sun when the weather is nice. In the garden prepared with
loving care you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Behind the hotel
