While participation in Mini Club excursions is only possible for children from the age of four, there’s a lot to discover around our baby hotel in Saalbach for young families. We recommend the following activities:

• Child-friendly walkways and hiking paths lead across mountains and valley. We recommend Promenade 1 between Schattberg X-Press and Reiterkogelbahn, accompanied by the wonderful splashing of the Saalach river. A trip to the valley end always pays off as the family-friendly activities can be easily reached via stroller-friendly paths.
• While the summer cable cars easily transport strollers (at least when folded up), we recommend a back carrier for the routes to the most popular activities for kids. Montelino and Mount Kodok, for example, are almost impossible to reach on stroller wheels. We’ll gladly get you in touch with a carrier rental option.
• Talking about Montelino, the Adventure Path retracing the steps of the small clown will make kids marvel. The small riddles might still be a bit too tricky, but the fun and lovingly designed characters will make your children’s eyes shine.
• Various ski schools offer special ski kindergartens for children from ages two to three. The littlest ones are playfully introduced to snow and the deeply snow-covered nature while the older guests can neatly carve on perfectly groomed slopes.
