€ 30,00 per day without food. We ask you not to bring your four-legged darlings into the restaurant area.
Cancellation conditions
- Changes and cancellations up to 30 days before arrival date: exempt from charges.
- Changes and cancellations up to 21 days before arrival date: 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
- Changes and cancellations up to 14 days before arrival date: 70% of the total booking price will be charged.
- Changes and cancellations up to 7 days before arrival date: 90% of the total booking price will be charged.
- Subsequent changes and cancellations as well as 'no-shows': The total amount will be charged.

convenient storage of ski equipment
For only € 75,- per equipment you can store your complete ski equipment (skis, boots, helmet, . . . ) all summer long directly in our hotel! Can a skiing holiday be even more comfortable?

We offer our guests arriving with an e-car the possibility of four e-charging stations in front of the hotel. Charging for a fee.

Upon request, we will install a minibar in your room. On the 1st floor, you will find a drinks dispenser.
Guest Mobility Ticket - your free ticket for Salzburg
Since 1 May 2025, our guests have benefited from a new service: the Guest Mobility Ticket. This allows you to use all public transport throughout the province of Salzburg free of charge during your stay.

- Valid from arrival: Can already be used on the day of arrival - even for travelling within Salzburg if you pre-check in beforehand.

Please note: Not included are special means of transport such as cable cars, special and steam trains, night bus lines or toll roads etc. The Guest Mobility Ticket is only valid for public transport in the province of Salzburg. A separate ticket is required for journeys beyond the province's borders.

Your journey by car
Saalbach is easily accessible by car via several routes:
- Via the Tauern motorway (A10): Bischofshofen exit - continue on the B311 to Maishofen and from there to Saalbach.
- From the west via Mittersill: Via Kitzbühel and Pass Thurn to Mittersill, continue towards Zell am See and via Maishofen to Saalbach.
- From Germany via Lofer: Via Bad Reichenhall and Lofer towards Saalfelden - from there to Maishofen and on to Glemmtal.
Your journey by Train
Your destination station is Zell am See or Maishofen. From there you can take the Postbus to Saalbach free of charge thanks to the Guest Mobility Ticket. Alternatively, we will be happy to help you organise a transfer directly to our hotel.
Your journey by plane
The nearest airports are:
- Salzburg (SZG) - approx. 90 km
- Innsbruck (INN) - approx. 160 km
- Munich (MUC) - approx. 220 km
There are good train and bus connections from all airports as well as the option of a shuttle transfer to the Glemmtal. Within Salzburg you can travel free of charge on all public transport with the Guest Mobility Ticket.
