Training

In our hotel, we promote physical fitness and mental balance with our own yoga programme. The yoga room has yoga blocks, mats, rollers, blankets and everything else you need for uplifting sessions, and is open to you at all times. Informative videos with tips and instructions and the most important poses are available during the day. There are also sessions with a trainer three times a week:

Vinyasa Yoga in the winter
Tuesday | 7:30 – 8:30 am
Our morning vinyasa yoga class is the perfect way to start the day with energy and serenity. This dynamic style of yoga helps wake up the body, strengthen the muscles and clear the mind. You can expect a great mix of flowing movements that follow your breath, sequences for more balance, strength and flexibility, as well as gentle final relaxation. The classes are designed so that anyone can join in, even if you don’t have much yoga experience.

Yin Yoga in the winter
Thursday | 7.30–8.30 am
Start the perfect winter day with a gentle and relaxing yoga session. Morning yin yoga is ideal for warming up before a day on the slopes or a winter hike. By holding the poses for longer, the muscles and connective tissue relax, especially the fascia are gently stretched. No prior experience is needed – anyone curious is welcome to give yin yoga a try.
