If you find traditional sauna too hot, you’ll love the infrared cabin.

The SONNENOASE is the spa area for the WHOLE family. Parents and children can combine action and relaxation in the infrared cabin, whirlpool and indoor pool. Let the soothing warmth of the infrared cabin flow through your body. Relax in the whirlpool and indoor pool after an active day in the region around Saalbach Hinterglemm. On your spa holiday with children, the whole family will find a way to relax and recharge.
Indoor swimming pool
The indoor pool (9 x 4 metres) is popular with young and old in summer and winter. Bathing or swimming in the pleasantly temperate water will relieve all your tension. Loungers are of course available in the pool area.
