All delicacies other than Nutella, diet marmalade, bread rolls and the hone-smoked farmer’s bacon come from certified organic farms in the region. Eggs, milk, ham, bacon, sausage, butter, coffee, brown bred, whole-grain bread, honey, jams, muesli, cornflakes, dried fruit, teas and many other delicacies of the utmost quality are available at the breakfast buffet.

We will treat you to healthy and savoury dishes, soups and desserts from the buffet at lunchtime and in the afternoon at the Rupertistube:
We serve homemade cakes and delicious soups in SUMMER from 12 noon to 1.30 pm and from 2.30 to 4.30 pm.
All slope masters can look forward to the SUPER SONNE après-ski buffet in WINTER from 0.30 to 4.30 pm.
A lactose- or glutose-free meal is available on request.
